Dear Clients,
Regarding the upcoming holidays we would like to inform you about the non-working days of the offices of the Bank as follows:
- from 24.12.2021 to 28.12.2021, included;
- on 03.01.2022.
In order to provide normal end of day process for the last business day of the year, please be informed that on 31.12.2021 (Friday) the offices of the Bank will serve client from 08:30 am until 11:00 am.
We would like to inform you for the value dates for processing of transfers, ordered on 23.12.2021 and 31.12.2021 as follows:
On 23.12.2021 – transfers in EUR, USD, GBP, CHF, JPY will be executed with the following value dates:
- SPOT value date 30 December 2021
- TOM value date 29 December 2021
- SAME DAY value date 23 December 2021
All incoming transfers in foreign currency, received in the Bank on 23.12.2021, will be processed within the business day.
The Bank will accept and process payments in local currency on 23.12.2021 without amendment in the cut-off times.
On 31.12.2021 – transfers in EUR, USD, GBP, CHF, JPY will be executed with following value dates:
- SPOT value date 05 January 2022
- TOM value date 04 January 2022
- SAME DAY value date 31 December 2021
All incoming transfers in foreign currency received after 13:00 on 31.12.2021 will be processed on 04.01.2022 with a value date on which the Bank's account has been credited.
On 31.12.2021 payments in local currency will be processed until 11.00, received orders after this hour will be executed on 04.01.2022.
Payments via payment systems Unistream and RIA will be performed on 31.12.2021 not later than 11:00am.
