I am aware that:

  1. TOKUDA BANK AD, registered in the Commercial Register to the Registry Agency under UIC (unified identification code) 813155318 (the “Bank”), is a data controller.   2. My personal data are collected and processed by the Bank for the purpose of sending my online enquiry about products and/or services offered by TOKUDA ​​BANK AD/about an asset owned by TOKUDA ​​BANK/applying for a vacancy at TOKUDA ​​BANK and enabling the Bank to provide feedback on my enquiry.

  3. For the purposes set out above, the Bank processes the following personal data/categories of personal data:

    • Names

    • Contact details (phone, e-mail)

  4. The Bank will store the personal data collected for up to one (1) month after sending a reply to my enquiry.

  5. The personal data I provide may subsequently be disclosed to:

    • Bank employees in the course of performing their duties, for the above purposes.

    • State, municipal and other public authorities and institutions, notaries, private enforcement agents, other natural or legal persons or any other entity for the above purposes, with a view to fulfilling the statutory obligations and exercising the legal rights of the Bank.

    • Persons with whom the Bank has concluded a contract for the joint creation or provision of services/products.

    • Persons who, by contract with the Bank, act as a broker in the provision of banking services/products.

    • Outsourced call centres in connection with banking services/products provided by the Bank.

    • Persons to whom the Bank has outsourced certain services (such as maintenance of the banking systems of TOKUDA ​​BANK; provision of security and access control to the Bank; document backup; consulting services; audit services, etc.)

    • Persons the Bank has engaged to print, produce and/or deliver the Bank’s written correspondence and/or information materials.

  6. As an individual data subject, I have the right to ask TOKUDA ​​BANK to give me access to, rectify or delete my personal data or restrict the processing of personal data concerning me, or the right to object to the processing, as well as the right of data portability.

  7. I must submit any request relating to the exercise of the rights listed above in writing to the Bank.

  8. The Bank does not use automated decision making, including profiling.

  9. I have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission (2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd, 1592 Sofia) if I believe the Bank’s processing of my personal data violates the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation).


Statement of consent to personal data processing

By ticking below, I give my express consent to the processing of my personal data by TOKUDA BANK for the abovementioned purposes.

I am aware that I may withdraw my consent at any time. The withdrawal of my consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing of my personal data by the Bank on the basis of the consent given by me prior to its withdrawal.

If I do not consent, TOKUDA BANK will not be able to respond to my online enquiry and give me feedback.
