Opening
- No deposit account opening charge.
- No monthly maintenance fee.
Holder and initiators
The holder is a child/minor.
The following can initiate the opening of a child savings account:
- Legal representatives of the child who is the holder: parents (jointly or severally) or guardians
- Other persons
Term
Until the holder of the child savings account reaches legal age (18 years).
Minimum amount
- BGN 10
- EUR 10
- USD 10
Closure
The child savings account will be closed:
- In accordance with the statutory provisions governing the deposits of children/minors.
- When the holder reaches legal age.
Depositing more funds
- This is allowed throughout the entire period of the child savings account.
Withdrawal
- In accordance with the statutory provisions governing the deposits of children/minors.
- To withdraw from the deposit, a request must be made in accordance with the terms for withdrawal requests set out in the Bank’s Tariff of Charges and Commissions for Individuals.

- The interest rate on the My Childhood child savings account is attractive and is shown in the Bank’s Interest Rate Bulletin.

Deposit Guarantee
