Dear Customers,
In connection with the integration of Tokuda Bank EAD into Bulgarian-American Credit Bank AD (BACB) and the upcoming technical migration, we would like to inform you about the main changes related to bank cards, ATMs and POS terminals.
Cards and ATMs
Effective October 16, 2026, until the merger of Tokuda Bank into BACB, when making a withdrawal with an active Mastercard card issued by Tokuda Bank from a BACB ATM, the same fee will apply as for withdrawals from a Tokuda Bank ATM, in accordance with Tokuda Bank’s current fee schedule, as amended by a resolution of the Management Board of Tokuda Bank EAD dated October 15, 2026.
Tokuda Bank’s Mastercard cards have now been reissued as BACB Visa cards, and you can pick them up at your Tokuda Bank branch after signing the necessary documents. Following Tokuda Bank’s merger with BACB, Tokuda Bank’s ATM network will become part of BACB’s ATM network, and transactions conducted at these ATMs will be subject to BACB’s current fee schedule.
POS Terminals
Merchants using Tokuda Bank POS terminals will continue to use their existing devices until the technical migration date.
Before the migration, they will receive new BACB POS terminals and new servicing agreements. The new terminals will be activated once the existing devices are deactivated, ensuring continuity in card payment acceptance.
Customers will be informed separately about the exact migration date and any required actions.
