Transfers
BGN transfers
Bank transfers in BGN are executed through:
- BISERA (system for processing interbank client transfers in Bulgarian leva equal or less than BGN 100 000,00).
- RINGS (real-time interbank gross settlement system, for interbank customer transfers, mandatory for amounts of at least over BGN 100,000).
- Tokuda Bank System for the execution of intrabank transfers.
Tokuda Bank executes payments in BGN upon a duly presented payment order and supporting documents, in compliance with the Bulgarian legislation.
Interbank Payments
The bank accepts and executes within the same day interbank payment orders in Bulgarian leva, through the systems BISERA and RINGS if received by the Bank until 15:00 h. The orders received by the Bank after that hour are executed on the next business day.
Intrabank Payments
The Bank accepts and executes within the same day internal bank payment orders in Bulgarian leva, received by the Bank until 16:30 p.m. The orders received by the Bank after that hour are executed on the next business day.
In connection with the restrictive measures applied by EU against the Russian Federation and Belarus, Tokuda Bank temporarily suspends the processing of transfers from and to the Russian Federation and Belarus.
Foreign currency transfers
Bank transfers in foreign currencies are executed upon duly presented payment order and supporting documents, in compliance with the Bulgarian legislation.
Interbank Orders
The cut-off time for acceptance of orders for interbank foreign currency transfers with a SAME DAY value date is 13:00, which means they will be executed within the same business day. Orders received by the Bank after that time are executed with a next-business-day value date.
The cut-off time for acceptance of orders for interbank foreign currency transfers with a TOM or SPOT value date is 15:00. Orders received by the Bank after that time are executed with a next-business-day value date.
Incoming Transfers
Incoming foreign currency transfers received until 16:30 are processed by the Bank within the same business day. After that hour, the transfer will be credited to the beneficiary’s account on the next business day, with the business day on which the bank’s account was credited stated as the value date.
