Ilian Georgiev
Chief Executive Officer and Мember of the Management Board
Ilian Georgiev was elected member of the Management Board of BACB on December 14, 2011, based on decision of the Supervisory board. On Sptember 10, 2013 Mr. Georgiev was appointed Executive Director and in July 2017 he assumed the functions of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the bank. In January 2026, following the acquisition of Tokuda Bank EAD by Bulgarian-American Credit Bank AD, Ilian Georgiev became Chief Executive Officer of Tokuda Bank EAD.
As a member of the Management Board and representative of Tokuda Bank, Ilian Georgiev is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the bank during the process of integration with the structure of the new owner.
Loreta Grigorova
Executive director and Мember of the Management Board
Loreta Grigorova was appointed member of the Management Board on December 11, 2014 based on decision of the Supervisory board. Since July 2, she has been executive director of BACB. In January 2026, following the acquisition of Tokuda Bank EAD by Bulgarian-American Credit Bank AD, Loreta Grigorova became Executive Director of Tokuda Bank EAD.
As a member of the Management Board and representative of Tokuda Bank, she plays a leading role in ensuring financial stability, transparency, and harmonization of internal policies and procedures with those of BACB.
Alexander Dimitrov
Executive director and Мember of the Management Board
Alexander Dimitrov joined the team of Bulgarian-American Credit Bank AD in February 2017. He assumed responsibility for the divisions of Payments, Card Center, Information Technologies and Virtual bank. In January 2026, following the acquisition of Tokuda Bank EAD by Bulgarian-American Credit Bank AD, Alexander Dimitrov became Executive Director of Tokuda Bank EAD.
At Tokuda Bank, he actively participated in restructuring the commercial and credit activities and bringing them into line with the strategic priorities of the new owner.
Silvia Kirilova
Member of the Management Board
Silvia Kirilova has been a member of the Management Board since March 2009. In January 2026, following the acquisition of Tokuda Bank EAD by Bulgarian-American Credit Bank AD, Silvia Kirilova became a member of the Management Board of Tokuda Bank EAD.
As a member of Tokuda Bank's Management Board, she contributes to ensuring the stable daily functioning of the bank and the smooth integration of teams and operations during the transition period.
