Payment of Utility Bills
You can pay your utility, subscription or other bills at an ATM, online at www.epay.bg or via our additional service “Electronic Utility Bills – Automatic Bill Payment”.
Text Message Notification
We recommend you use our text message notification service for transactions executed in Bulgaria or abroad. It provides additional security and information on payments made using your card.
Secure Internet Payments - 3DS Card Security
By participating in the Mastercard Secure Code Program for the use of a 3DS code for secure payments on the Internet, additional security is provided for payments with bank cards issued by Tokuda Bank AD on e-commerce sites to merchants participating in the program.
The use of the Mastercard Identity Check 3DS Program for secure payments on the Internet is also ensured by the already familiar identification method, with the introduction of an additional, static 3D password and a one-time dynamic 3D password sent by SMS.
• A static, permanent password to confirm online card payments is delivered to you with your card PIN letter
• A dynamic one-time password is delivered to you via SMS during an online transaction
Every time you pay on the Internet, the payment will be confirmed only by a combination of the two passwords - a static 3D password known only to you and a one-time dynamic 3D password that you receive on your mobile number registered with the Bank. The combination of these two passwords provides you with high security of payment operations carried out with a card on the Internet.
